Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number.
For returns, contact your club as the first point of contact as they carry some stock and may be able to swap your item for you. However, if they don't have the item you're looking to change over please follow the below steps:
To start a return, you can contact us at info@locosportswear.com.au. If your return is accepted, to process the exchange, you will need to send the garment back to us (3/11 Phillip Ct, Port Melbourne VIC 3207) with a paid return satchel and label inside (as you will need to incur the shipping cost both to us and for the new garment to you). Once we have received your garment, we will swap it over for your new size and send it out to you. Please also ensure the return bag you send will comfortably fit the new garment (if it won't fit, there may be further shipping fees). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@locosportswear.com.au if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that all custom/personalised items cannot be amended, cancelled or returned for incorrect spelling, sizing or change of mind.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact your club to return your item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
